Licensing is more confusing than it needs to be. We buy what you need, stop you paying for what you don't, and adjust licenses when someone joins or leaves, so you're never a seat short or paying for an empty one.

Can you install new software for us?

Yes. We check it'll work with what you already have, then install and license it for the people who need it.

What happens when an update breaks something?

We roll it back or work around it, and if it's the vendor's problem, we chase them for a fix.

Do you buy software licenses too?

Yes. We can buy and manage the licenses as well, which keeps renewals and new seats with the same people who support the software.

Are we paying for licenses we don't use?

Plenty of offices are. We'll go through what you have and help you cut anything nobody uses.
