Business Internet and Backup Connections for Orange County Offices
We find the right business internet for your Orange County office, from Spectrum cable to AT&T or Frontier fiber, add a backup line that takes over automatically, and deal with the provider when it goes down. It's for practices and firms that can't afford an offline afternoon and would rather not spend one on hold.

Less time on hold with your provider
Choosing business internet means comparing providers, speeds and contracts, then waiting on hold every time the line drops. We take both jobs off your hands.
Where we come in
From choosing a provider to chasing them when it's down.
Choosing a provider
We work with Spectrum, AT&T, Frontier, T-Mobile and others, and we'll check which of them can serve your building before you sign anything.
Backup connections
A second line from a different provider, often a 5G connection from AT&T or T-Mobile, that takes over automatically, so one outage doesn't stop your office.
Setup and installation
We coordinate the install and set up your firewall and network to match.
Dealing with the provider
When it goes down, we open the ticket and push for a fix.
How a new connection gets set up
Check your options
We look at what's available at your address and what your team needs.
Order and install
We coordinate the order and installation, and set everything up.
Keep an eye on it
We monitor the line, so we often know it's down before you call.
How automatic failover works
Failover is the switch from your main line to the backup when the main one drops. Nobody in the office has to notice the outage or do anything about it, though a phone call in progress may drop and need a redial.
Two lines, two providers
Your main connection plus a second one from a different provider, often 5G, so a single fault is unlikely to take out both.
The firewall watches both
It checks the main line all the time. When the line stops responding, the firewall moves your traffic to the backup on its own.
Back to normal by itself
When the main line returns, traffic moves back. Meanwhile we're chasing the provider about the fault, and the monitoring tells us exactly when it dropped.
The connection types we work with
What's available depends on your building. These are the options we see most across Southern California.
- Cable internet from Spectrum
- Fiber internet from AT&T and Frontier
- Dedicated fiber from Spectrum, AT&T or Frontier
- 5G business internet from AT&T or T-Mobile
- A second line from a different provider for backup
- Secure links between your offices
Where our part stops
When the line comes from Spectrum, AT&T or another provider, a fault on it is theirs to fix. Our job is to report it, keep after them until it's fixed, and keep your office working on the backup line if you have one. If the whole office is offline, we treat it as critical, which during business hours means a response within 15 minutes as our aim and within the hour guaranteed.
