Managed Network and Wi-Fi Services for Orange County Offices

We set up, watch and fix the equipment that keeps your office online: the firewall, switches, Wi-Fi and the links between your locations. We look after networks for Orange County practices and firms, from Santa Ana to Huntington Beach, with monitoring around the clock and one number to call.

Keeping the office online

When the network slows down or drops, the whole office stops. We set up your firewall, switches and Wi-Fi properly, keep them updated and watch them around the clock, so problems are often fixed before anyone notices.

What we look after

Everything between your internet connection and your team's devices.

Wi-Fi that reaches every room

Wireless planned around your floor plan, with a separate network for guests.

Firewall and security

A firewall configured for your office and kept up to date, so your network stays private. We often build on Netgate pfSense, and we manage other solid equipment you already own.

Watched around the clock

Continuous monitoring that also maps how everything is connected, so we get alerted when something goes wrong, often before you notice.

Backup internet

For offices that can't afford to go offline, a second connection that takes over automatically, from Spectrum, AT&T, Frontier or a T-Mobile 5G line, depending on what your building can get.

Offices with more than one location

A practice with a second clinic or a firm with a satellite office needs both sites to work as one. We link them with a secure VPN and watch that link like any other part of the network. If it drops, that's a critical issue: during business hours we aim to respond within 15 minutes and guarantee a response within the hour.

Shared files and printers

People at either site reach the same files, apps and printers, over an encrypted connection.

Calls between offices

Desk phones that transfer and answer calls between locations, set up by our own telecom team.

A backup line where it matters

A second connection at the sites that can't afford to go dark, so one outage doesn't cut an office off.

How we get you there

Look at what you have

We walk through your current network and what's been giving you trouble.

Fix the basics

We tidy up, replace only what needs it, and document how everything is set up.

Keep it running

From then on we watch it, update it and fix it, and you have one number to call. Most network problems are fixed remotely, and we come on site when something needs hands on it.

Where a managed network pays off

A good fit

Offices where a dropped connection stops the day: practices checking patients in, firms with a deadline, and businesses with more than one location.

No new boxes for the sake of it

We won't rip out working equipment to sell you new hardware. If something does need replacing, you'll hear why before anything changes.

Frequently asked questions

Do you offer managed network services in Huntington Beach and Santa Ana?
Yes. We're based in Orange and manage networks for offices across Orange County, including Huntington Beach, Santa Ana, Irvine and Fullerton. Most network problems are fixed remotely, and we come on site when something needs hands on it. Managed IT in Huntington Beach
Our Wi-Fi is slow in parts of the office. Can you fix that?
Usually, yes. Dead spots are often about where access points are placed, how many there are, or interference. We look at the layout and fix the cause rather than adding another box.
Do we have to replace our current equipment?
Not necessarily. If what you have is solid, we'll manage it. If something is old or unreliable, we'll explain why and what it would take to replace.
What happens if our internet goes down?
We'll know quickly and work with your provider to get it back. If the whole office is offline we treat it as critical: during business hours we aim to respond within 15 minutes and guarantee a response within the hour. If staying online matters, we can add a second connection that switches over automatically.
Can guests use our Wi-Fi without getting into our network?
Yes. We set up a separate guest network, so visitors get internet access and nothing else.
Our network keeps giving us trouble. Where do we start?
Book a free IT check-in and describe what's going wrong: where the dead spots are, when things slow down, what keeps dropping. We'll talk through the likely causes and what fixing them would involve.
