This policy describes how North Blue Networks collects, uses, and protects mobile telephone numbers and related data in connection with our SMS messaging program.

What we collect

When you provide your mobile number and affirmatively opt in, we collect your mobile telephone number, your name and company, and records of the messages we exchange with you, including timestamps and delivery status.

How we use it

We use your mobile number solely to send service-related messages: appointment and consultation reminders, incident and maintenance notifications, support ticket updates, and responses to messages you send us.

What we do not do

We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile number or SMS consent with third parties for their own marketing purposes. Mobile information is not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes under any circumstances.

We share mobile data only with the service providers that deliver messages on our behalf, and only to the extent required to deliver them.

Message frequency and cost

Message frequency varies based on your service relationship with us. Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier plan. North Blue Networks does not charge for SMS messages.

Opting out

Reply STOP to any message to opt out at any time. You will receive a single confirmation, after which no further messages will be sent. Reply HELP for assistance, or contact us using the details below.

Opting out of SMS does not affect your service relationship with us or your ability to contact us by phone or email.

Data retention and security

SMS records are retained for as long as necessary to provide service and to meet legal and regulatory obligations, then securely deleted. Mobile numbers and message records are stored with encryption at rest and access is restricted to staff who need it.

Protected health information

North Blue Networks does not transmit protected health information belonging to our clients’ patients via SMS. Our SMS program is used to communicate with our own business contacts only.
