Frontier Fiber Internet for Your Office

Fiber all the way to your building, with uploads as fast as downloads, from the network that used to be Verizon FiOS here in Southern California.

Frontier

What Frontier Fiber is

Frontier Fiber runs fiber optic cable all the way to your building, rather than copper or coax for the last stretch. In much of Southern California it's the network that was Verizon FiOS before Frontier took it over, which is why many people still call it FiOS. Frontier sells its fiber plans with the same upload speed as download, which matters more than most offices realize: cloud backups, video calls and sending large files all depend on upload.

Good to know

Fast uploads

Matching upload and download speeds make a real difference for backups, video calls and cloud software.

Business broadband, not dedicated

Like most fiber plans, the network is shared with other customers in the area. For most offices that's fine; if it isn't, Frontier's dedicated fiber is the step up.

Only where Frontier has built

Availability is building by building. Two offices on the same street can get different answers, so we check your exact address.

Pairs well with a backup

Many offices add a second line from a different provider, such as cable or 5G, so one outage doesn't stop work.

Who it suits, and who it doesn't

A good fit

Small and mid-size offices that want fast, reliable fiber at broadband prices, and use cloud software, video calls or offsite backups.

Probably not enough on its own

If your business can't tolerate any downtime, or you need a provider-backed service level agreement, look at dedicated fiber or add a backup line.

How we help

You deal with us, and we deal with the provider.

Check your address

We look up what can actually serve your building, not just what the provider's map says.

Compare honestly

We put the options side by side and tell you which ones are worth paying for, and which aren't.

Order and install

We place the order, coordinate the install with the provider and your building, and set up your firewall to match.

Chase the provider

When the connection misbehaves, we open the ticket with the provider and push it through, so you're not stuck on hold.

Check what you can get at your address

Tell us where the office is and we'll look up which providers can actually serve the building, then get back to you with your options. No obligation.

Frequently asked questions

Is Frontier Fiber the same as Verizon FiOS?
In much of Southern California, yes. Frontier took over Verizon's FiOS network here, so the fiber in the ground is the same. The service and the account are now with Frontier.
Is Frontier Fiber a dedicated connection?
No. Business fiber plans like this share the network with other customers in the area. If you need bandwidth reserved for you alone, Frontier Dedicated Internet Access is the dedicated version.
Can we keep our current provider as a backup?
Yes, and it's often a good idea. We can set up your firewall to switch over automatically if one line goes down.
How do I find out if I can get it at my office?
Use the address form on this page. Send us your service address and we'll look up which providers can serve the building and get back to you with your options. There's no obligation.
