Spectrum Dedicated Fiber Internet
Spectrum's dedicated fiber service: bandwidth reserved for your business, the same speed up as down, and commitments in writing.
What Spectrum dedicated fiber is
Spectrum's dedicated fiber internet, sold through Spectrum Enterprise, is a different product from its cable service. Instead of sharing the neighborhood's cable network, you get a fiber connection with bandwidth reserved for you, in both directions. It comes with a service level agreement, where Spectrum commits to uptime and repair times, and static IP addresses for servers, phones and remote access.
Good to know
Reserved bandwidth
Your speed doesn't depend on how busy the neighbors are.
Matching upload and download
Fast both ways, for backups, video, hosted phones and connecting offices together.
Service level agreement
Spectrum's written commitments on uptime and repairs, with remedies if they miss them.
Plan for install time
Dedicated fiber can need construction to reach the building. We'll check your address and tell you what's realistic.
Who it suits, and who it doesn't
A good fit
Businesses where losing the internet stops work, offices linked together over the internet, and sites with servers or hosted phone systems.
Probably more than you need
If your office mostly uses email and web apps, business fiber or cable with a backup line usually does the job for less.
How we help
You deal with us, and we deal with the provider.
Check your address
We look up what can actually serve your building, not just what the provider's map says.
Compare honestly
We put the options side by side and tell you which ones are worth paying for, and which aren't.
Order and install
We place the order, coordinate the install with the provider and your building, and set up your firewall to match.
Chase the provider
When the connection misbehaves, we open the ticket with the provider and push it through, so you're not stuck on hold.
Check what you can get at your address
Tell us where the office is and we'll look up which providers can actually serve the building, then get back to you with your options. No obligation.
Other internet options
Not sure this is the right fit? Compare it with the other connections we can set up. Send your address and we'll tell you which ones reach your building.
